Each additional weighted bag is 0.8lbs of weight for a total of an option of an additional 3.2lbs of weight.

Remove from clothing to wash.

Weights should carefully adjusted to each person’s needs.

  • 10% of total body weight is a common standard.
  • The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight.
